Our Process

Services

Caregiver
Consultation

To get started, complete our consultation form and schedule a 15 phone call with our team to discuss billing, scheduling, and any additional questions you may have. Our clinical team will review your consultation form prior to your scheduled call to learn more about your family’s needs and determine if we are a match for services.

Scheduling & Waitlist

You are placed on our waitlist for your preferred days and times for weekly sessions. This may take several months depending on our availability.

Intake & Initial Evaluation

After completing your intake forms, you and your child will attend the initial evaluation to assess qualification for services. Your child’s clinician will complete an in-depth evaluation report that will include clinician goals and/or recommendations.

Recurring Sessions

Your child will begin weekly recurring sessions in our clinic with their clinician.

Progress Checks

Your child’s clinician will review goals every six months and complete a re-evaluation every 12 months.
