Schedule Caregiver Consultation

Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy are often new concepts for our clients. We recommend starting with a free 20-minute call no matter where you are in your journey of learning about or signing up for occupational or speech therapy.

During the call, we will discuss your child, their needs, and how OT and/or Speech Therapy might be able to help. We will also talk through our neurodiversity-affirming approach and will answer all of your questions.

We currently accept Medicaid, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, and Anthem/BCBS. While we are not in-network with Aetna, we will submit claims to them on your behalf through your out-of-network benefits. Some of our insurance contracts limit us to being able to offer only 30-minute sessions. If this applies to you, we offer the option to schedule additional time in 30-minute increments at our self-pay rate. If we do not currently accept your insurance, we will provide you with documentation needed to get a partial reimbursement as an out-of-network provider.
